Hallucinations:
Seeing or hearing things that are not real (most commonly, hearing voices).

Delusions:
False beliefs not based on reality (e.g., paranoia, belief in special powers, feeling controlled by an external force).

Disorganized speech and thinking:
Jumbled or incoherent communication.

Negative symptoms:
Lack of emotion, social withdrawal, loss of interest in everyday activities, and difficulty with personal hygiene.
